I have always been a fan of the O.A.R. songs from the early 2000s. They had their own unique sound with a cool island/rock vibe. After their 2003 release of In Between Now and Then, that sound started to evolve and disappear. Most of their songs over the last 15 years haven't really peaked my interest or even warranted a download to be honest. However, from the second I caught a small piece of "Just Like Paradise" it took me right back to the songs from yesteryear that I really enjoyed. I truly hope this song is an indication of a new direction they plan to take with their next album. But in the meantime... download this song and enjoy the throwback sound!
