Listeing to We Are, one cannot help but be transported back to those early, heady days of electronic music of the 80's and the work of people like Jan Hammer or Harold Faltermeyer. Yet, while certainly evoking those timbers, Envotion keeps things contempory feeling with modern dance/elctronica sensibilities. This is not EDM in the most modern sense of the words, but rather a healthy reimagining of the music with a respectiful retospective nostalgia.
