  • Stephen Melillo: What's going on in that head of his?

I have experienced Melillo's music by playing Godspeed! and Koldoon. I may not understand what all this "stormworks" stuff is, but I can say his music is fairly incredibility. Based on my knowledge of these two songs, Melillo shows an incredible range of emotion. At one moment, a passage feels like a momentous roller coaster, the next an etherial daydream. All I can say is I hope the rest of his music is as good as these two pieces. Buy these two songs at least...

A 'moving' album? Hardly! 'Moving' would not begin to describe the journey one ventures on when listening to this music. This collection of Mr. Melillo's compositions does more than just 'move' one. It spawns an awakening of emotions, memories, and most importantly, inspirations. 'Time to Take Back the Knights!' could quite literally leave you thrusting your fist in the air in victory, and 'The Speech of Angels' could drop you to your knees in reverence to its utter beauty. I would highly recommend this album or any other with the name Melillo in its midst.
