Staind is quite the heavy band, but let's face it... Every band needs a little mix up with what they play, you can't play the same thing over and over. It's a very good song, it shows exactly what the title of the album states, the different shades of grey, or depression. It's almost like a ballads album for Staind. (for lack of better words.) if you can appreciate some good music this a good album for you, and even if you don't like this I'm sure you'll find at least one song you enjoy.

Very soft and bad album. I own every staind cd even "Tormented" and I can say this is their worst effort.

I normally don't listen to metal, but this music is awesome. Great lyrics and guitar. If your not into metal (I'm not sure why you'd be here) but don't get it. OTHERWISE it's an awesome album. I don't even listen to metal, but i got it. IT'S WORTH IT.
