I am in my 50's and I love this song!! The lyrics are exceptional and his voice is very soothing and gruff sounding at the same time. This young man writes music that takes an older person like myself back in time. Listening to Sawyer makes me feel like I've stepped back to a time when music was real, when it touched the soul, every word sung was felt, a time when music meant something to both the artist and the listener, a time when a person could relate to the words being sung.
