A gentle, sweet album, with a tenderness like no other. It reminds me of calm, misty nights, starry skies and dew drops on the leaves. My favourite part of the title track, PRELUDE TO A DREAM, is the beautiful interlocking chords at 1:04, followed by an unexpected statement of the melody in the left hand. The minor key is haunting, especially the penultimate low bass note. TENDER WORDS has an innocent romance to it, like a fairy tale. Absolutely enchanting!
