Daily republics review of this album is just wrong! I happened across Rita as a singer somewhere along the way and just love her voice. Is she the best? Maybe not for some but I think she captured a maturity in pop songs that is not often found. As a writer she excels in capturing the mood of each song. Reflective, mournful and then just plain fun. I am a 58 yr old fan!! If you haven’t listened to her other work you are missing out-that simple.
