Pleasantly surprised at how beautifully the mandolin is incorporated. This is a new instrument for me to enjoy this way. The musicians have a palpable chemistry. Try to listen from beginning to end, in one sitting.

Unconventional? Yes. But by any measure wonderful music. Buy it and listen!

An absolute delight and reflects the talent and masterful capabilities of these fine gentlemen. It is a must have in my collection.

This is bright, crisp, and contemporary recording would certainly have had Johann himself smiling as he listened. The passion and chemistry between these three can be heard and felt. Don't hesitate, buy it!

Jusy buy it.....at this point you all could cover Tiny Tim's greatest hits and I'd buy it and I would enjoy it. I know, that's pushing it, but I can't wait for this album. The chemisty these guys have is aparent on The Goat Rodeo Sessions, except minus Duncan on this one. If you haven't heard it, it's a must listen. This too is a must buy.
