Robert Cray is a blues man whose delivery has always been as clear as a bell. He had me at “Strong Persuader” and he hasn’t stopped since. His new album is no exception. His cut on this album, “Just How Low”, leaves no doubt as to whom he’s singing about.

I have been a ROBERT Cray fan his album STRONG PERSUADER IS THE BEST ALBUM TO DATE! I like this album it’s just missing something and I’m not sure exactly what but I like his slower songs it’s very bluesy but the other songs are good just missing something. Great to have him back it’s been awhile I’m happy👍🏼😀

Robert Cray has been off my radar for a while, so I don't know if this is a comeback or not. All I can say is that the song, playing, and material are very strong. This is a good album that measures up to his stuff from the 80s.
