The CD MUST be listened to as one solid track.... the transitions and progressions of the tracks are what make it so special.... you can hear how much time and effort James and Jody put into this....a work of art....😉 I'm quite smitten..💖 Ive had it on repeat since it's release and it gets better with each listen. For the most part, this album is very consistent, including both new and old Anjuna artists. I think a few times on side 2, the tracks seemed to lose the same punch as earlier in the album, but overall, it includes chilling and mellow cuts perfect for a night drive or morning run.

Continuing the deephouse/techie sounds from the last vol, Anjunadeep vol. 8 delivers. There are a great sampling of works from veterans such as Way Out West, Lane 8 and 16 bit lolitas as well as some new emerging artists from the Anjuna family.
