Can you accept the exceptions?

I was turned on to HR when I saw him live in Chicago in 1990. I quickly grabbed all four of his albums.
Although this compilation won't disappoint you, I have to say that what's most notable about it are the songs not included. His two most powerful songs are missing: "Living Souls" from the Charge album, which is what I consider to be that album's defining track; and "Happy Birthday My Son" from the the HR Tapes 84-86 album -- a track that encapsulates the angst and suffering that's at the heart of HR and Bad Brains, the reason why they're music is so powerful.
