"Years and Years" later...

This has honestly become my favourite album of his. Throughout his career he's done so many truly amazing songs; and now I can safely say that I think "Years and Years" is definitely one of his finest works. Two years ago I actually sang it at my best friend's wedding, and I'm telling you -- not a dry eye in the entire place! Everyone wanted to know who wrote the song, and I was amazed how many people had never heard of Olly. Luckily, they all have now -- and I suspect he gained a few new fans that day!
Keep up the great work, and hope to catch your next post-covid performance in NYC!

Despite this being a departure from his first two American albums (if you didn't know, he had two previous albums before "Right Place Right Time" that were not released in the U.S.) this was a refreshing change. I adore this album and I love to see that he's not afraid to embrace and try something different. Even if it means some people label him of following the status quo of other pop artists. Olly Murs continues to do his own thing and twist on music and it's a joy to listen to.

I miss the sound of his first two albums. He used to stand out and now he blends into the generic pop world. I found myself skipping over almost every song on this album.
