A fantastic album as well as a fantastic show. It's unfortunate the Broadway show closed, but if it tours near you go and do yourself a favor and see it! It's funny, sad, and real. Great entertainment for the all baked into a yummy musical!

This show is a stunning masterpiece— from the complex, metaphorical lyrics and deliciously driven melodies, to the hilariously heartwarming and unique story of friendship, love, and motherhood. The sets, the songs, the acting, the script... everything in this show twists and folds and bakes perfectly into a beautiful pie. Clearly the best thing in musical theatre we’ve seen yet.

The play was awesome. I love Sara Bareilles’ music and HAD to buy the CD! I love it!!!

I’m late, I know. All the other reviews are from a year ago. This musical is beautiful. It’s a hidden gem, and Jessie Mueller, Kimiko Glenn, and Keala Settle (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) have amazing voices. There are no words for how much I love this. Oh, I LOVE when they’re singing “bad idea” and Jenna shouts “You’re my doctor!” It’s the most beautiful sound in the world.
