    Ive seen Billy Strings two or three times at the Albino Skunk Festival and he is probably one of the best flatpickers Ive ever seen or heard with a voice to match. Extremely talented kid... Glad I was able to get his album on iTunes!

    I first heard Billy and Don in Petoskey 4 years ago and have followed his career ever since. I witnessed a kid at the time jumping around like Pete Townshend playing bluegrass! He is truly going to be one of the all time greats and his reverence for those who played before him will always be inherent in his music. If you are just beginning to explore Bluegrass, start with Doc Watson and follow up with Billy to see where it’s headed.
