Long Live the Queen

Job well done Naomi! The album is worth the title. You have certainly grown as an artist.

That anyone can weave between different styles of music, dialects, and forms of expression (i.e., singing AND rapping!) so effortlessly is nothing short of outstanding. Fourteen tracks, not a dud from the bunch, and something for everyone. Standouts: "Busy Body," (my favorite and terrific album opener), "Bend Skin," "Looking Good," "Shower Your Blessings," and "Wedding Day." Y'all better watch out for this multitalented artist; like she sings in one of the songs: "My market go sell!"

Oh my goodness! I love the traditional tone of this album! There are so many different backgrounds represented! Thinking critically virtually everyone can find a song in the gendre of music that is most pleasing to them... My favorites are the opening song Busybody, giving tribute to our wonderful mothers, Walk Away which was sung in our dialect Baforchu, Wedding Day and Shower Your Blessings! The vocals, clever lyrics, production, and pictures are on point!
