Reviews

  • Great new direction for the band!

IMHO Yes had done all it could in the true 70's Prog Rock genre. Trevor Rabin introduced a new direction/sound to the band and made them sound "young and fresh. I'm a yes fan that has been on their bandwagon since 1976. But when this CD came out I loved it...and still do. Trevor injected a spirit that seemed lacking in the band at this time. Many of these songs started out as Trevor's demos that were then fleshed out by the band. Great work guys. Still love this after all these years.

Forget about the band name, this has awesome songs. I downloaded everything except lonely heart because that song has somehow been chosen by corporations as the only song radio stations can continue to play, and play they have for 35 years- one song. The other songs on this album are phenomenal.
  • Nice comeback.

This album does a great job in mixing both 70's and 80's progressive rock. Trevor Rabim is more than up to the task
  • Nooo wayyy, classic 60s 70s period only

As far as I'm concerned, all of the best Yes albums were Tormato and all that comes before it. Drama is total garbage and Trevor Rabin showing for Steve Howe is a thumbs down๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž. This album and the next 2 are 80s pop rock and should be avoided. Explore their 1st 2 albums and Tales, Relayer, if you have already caught on to Fragile, The Yes Album, and CTTE
  • Don't download this album

Should have been anyway, this is a masters class for studio recordings. The mixture of talents all tied together from the voices and instrumentation are something you will never hear again. Pretty much a culmination of aural perfection. Play it loud.
