Saddle Up

Yes, they’ve delivered yet again! J ‘SADDLE UP’ – the title track is a showcase for some fantastic vocals and living in the country. The instrumental arrangements with the banjo, fiddle, and steel slide guitar and country style harmony in the voices are a feast for a country music lover. ‘SHOOTIN’ STAR’, ‘ONE HORSEPOWER’, ‘DON’T FENCE ME IN’, ‘THE LEGEND OF TALL TALKIN’ SAM’ are some of the tracks I enjoyed listening to, then the accordion came in from South of the border I guess and breathed life into ‘SOMOS AMIGOS’. I’m ready to ride!

I'm kind of blown away by this album, I absolutely love how this Western adventure is so diverse in its themes and musical styles (Somos Amigos, Sister Moon, etc), and I LOVED discovering that The Okee Dokee Brothers actually went on their own horsepacking adventure along the Continental Divide to inspire the music for this record. The music is straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak! This is definitely another Children's Music masterpiece from the Okee Dokee Brothers. :)

The Okee Dokee Brothers are amazing - the albums are fun, rhythmic music and best of all are entertaining for kids and adults alike!

Just as good as their other adventure albums with collaboration with a diverse range of artists from the region. Recommend!

This album is amazing! The songs are catchy, fun, thoughtful, witty and keep getting even better as you listen. My kids absolutely love these songs and I love them just as much!

The Okee Dokee Brothers has always had a soft spot with my siblings and I. We have grown up listening to them from the very beginning of their career, much before their Grammy win. Their music has never failed to entertain us after so long, and it's a joy to hear their progress and inspiration to this day. This is music that any age will be able to enjoy!

The Okee Dokee Bros do it again! This album is FULL of great new songs. Parents and children will enjoy the educational and humorous lyrics. We love this album and you will too!
