Nostalgia at it's Finest~☆

WHOAH! Love this album and I love Dana's vocals. She has such a laser beam of a voice. The composement and arrangement of each and every song just screams early 00's and late 90's. I freaking love it. Each pop track was infectious and will literally have anyone get up and dance. The "ballads" were not as gut wrenchingly dramatic and beautiful as I would have want them to be, but they were very calming. It's such a shame that this album was not well recieved, but if that were not the case, we wouldn't have the awesomeness that is The Grace.
I have one complaint though, it seems like Dana was kinda lax in her vocals. I felt as if not enough passion was put into her singing.. I mean, there were indeed times where she impressed me with her high belted notes and incredible runs at the end, but there were too many times where the back vocals, which I believe were not her on some tracks, would outshine her. There's a problem when the back up singers are outshining the star, but that's just what I hear and is my opinion.
All in all, love this album and love Dana soooo freaking much. Hope we will see The Grace come back very soon!
