    Karsh Kale has been at the forefront of World Music for the past 16 years. Beginning with his work in the group Tabla Beat Science and continuing through numerous remixes and collaborations (check out his great album with Anoushka Shankar - Breathing Under Water) to his fine solo albums, we see an artist willing to let loose and collaborate with some amazing musicians. The pacing of this album and the wonderful mix of sitars, Indian vocals, killer guitar and, of course amazing drums (especially tabla) make this a modern work of art that should not be missed. The melodies are great. The vibe is positive.
