  • Real and Authentic

Really nice that an artist can be real and relevant at the same time. Dealt with real issues that other artists are scared of and afraid to speak on! Lyrics and production are top notch as usual. He makes me listen more than once so I can listen to production value and then his lyrics separately and then combine the two. Hats off!

This is so FIRE!!! I had never really heard Alex Faith and then I heard W.L.A.K and I checked out Faith. He's got some of the best beats I've ever heard! Kind a a bummer that he says one bad word, but he is rapping Christ unashamed!

There’s a handful of artists (Macklemore, Taelor Gray, and Joe Pug) whose albums I buy within 30 seconds of finding out they’ve been released. Alex Faith has been one of those since his first EP. It’s refreshing as always to hear that hip-hop as an art form has not been abandoned. Additionally, 95 Atlanta is phaaaaat.
  • Why U gotta cuss? So disappointed.

Sorry. I can't support a Christian rapper who cusses. Such a shame. After the last album I had high hopes. Looks like he's just another Christian rapper leaning towards the world.

I would've rated it lower, but I decided to change my mind and maybe give some constructive suggestions. First of all, I don't like the use of what some would consider a borderline cuss word on Dark Matters. I also think this album is missing some of the good features that were on the previous ATLast album (it had 3 artists from Reach Records on there, social club and Tragic Hero were good on it too). It would've been nice to hear Tragic Hero, BReith, Christon Gray (or his brother Taelor Gray), or to mix it up maybe even Flame or Da' Truth on some of these songs. I understand Christon Gray is on a different label now, but he was probably the most prominent secondary featured artist on ATLast. I felt like this album is missing some of what Christon brought to the table on the last album. This album almost feels like a sequel to ATLast (maybe that's what he intended, since Bloodlines was a song title on ATLast), but the album just hasn't been growing on me like ATLast did.

There have been some good rap albums this year but this is definitely, imo, the best. He straight killed this album. And for the record...there are no cuss words on this album. Listen to the message of the songs and that should tell you who Alex Faith really is

I always appreciate evidence of growth (in biblical maturity and art) in the music I choose to consume. I have seen both in Alex Faith and with all of the artists on Collision. Don't sleep on this album. Body Bag & Atlanta '95 are highlights for me.

This album is so raw! Love the beats, lyrics, and the whole album is solid. Best song: "sins of my youth". Love it! Keep em coming AF!
