These tracks are perfect for putting me to sleep. I like to fall asleep to human speech so I occasionally play documentaries. Trouble is, my brain starts to listen to the content and I end up staying awake. I love how Jeff has constructed this, there is just enough of a "story" to content my mind and keep it from ruminating; but the lack of rigid structure allows me to stay unattached to the narrative and just let go into sleep. I highly recommend these tracks!
