From the first harmony to the last wind chyme this album had me hooked. Super relatable lyrics and hooks that will stick in you head for days (in a good way). I loved the hauntingly apocalyptic second track 'End of the World'.

A quote on the inside of the cd sleeve from Thomas Merton says that, "Happiness is not a matter of intensity, but of balance, rhythm, and harmony." That is exactly what The Cloves accomplish on this album that's been a decade in the making. These guys know how to blend their voices and emotions with the music. Their passion for what they do is incredible and tangible.

This is a fantastic album; there is not a bad track on it. These guys are great live, their shows are heartfelt and inspiring, but this project takes their music to a new level. Buy it and you won't regret it.

To say I was impressed by the new album would be an understatement. To me, their sound is a bit reminiscent of the Beetles but with a modern, folk twist. The production of the album is phenomenal, too, and includes an amazing blend of guitars, piano, strings, and vocal harmonies. But, hands down, the best part of the album is the lyrics. I listened closely to every word on the album, and you can hear the poetry, and feel the emotion behind each song. The first song released from the album, “Rollercoaster," is one of my new favorites. But the song “How Amazing” actually made me shed a tear. Truly an amazing listening experience.
